How To Ride The Bus - The Meriden Bus stops at the Railroad Station, major shopping centers or any safe spot along routes.  Wave to us - we'll stop.  Times on schedules are approximate.  Please be a little early.  Look for destination signs over front windows to tell you where a bus is going.  Ask driver if you are unsure.

Service - Buses run weekdays, Monday through Friday.  There is no service on weekends or holidays.  Holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.  Call us if you are not certain that we are not operating because of a holiday or a snowstorm.

Passenger Behavior - Smoking, drinking, eating, playing radios, and loud boisterous behavior are not allowed on the bus.

Transfers - Transfers are free within Meriden, Wallingford, Middletown, New Britain, and New Haven.  Transfers must be requested from the driver when you board the bus.  Transfers will indicate the time, date, route and expiration, and are good for continuing a one-way trip.  Doubling back over any part of the original route is not permitted.
